2. Products & Orders

All hampers are subject to availability at the time of ordering. We take great care to ensure our products are accurately described; however:

  • Product images are illustrative only — actual contents may vary slightly based on availability.
  • We reserve the right to substitute items with products of equal or higher value due to stock or seasonal changes.
  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Custom Orders

Customised hampers are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned or refunded unless the items are faulty or damaged. By placing a custom order, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate.

Custom orders may require additional preparation time beyond our standard processing window. We will communicate any delays directly via WhatsApp or email.

4. Pricing & Payment

All orders require full payment before processing. Prices displayed on the website are current at the time of viewing but may change without notice. We use secure payment processing; The Hamper Delights does not store your payment card details.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or offer the item at the correct price.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and branding — belongs to The Hamper Delights and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hamper Delights disclaims responsibility for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
