From there, we'll confirm availability, discuss personalisation options, and arrange payment and delivery — all through WhatsApp for a fast, personal experience.

We recommend WhatsApp for the quickest response and easiest communication about your order.
We recommend ordering at least 3–5 business days before you need the hamper delivered to allow for processing and shipping time.
For custom hampers, special occasions like Christmas or Mother's Day, or large corporate orders, we suggest ordering 1–2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
If you need something urgently, message us on WhatsApp — we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests where possible.
Yes! Every hamper can include a personalised message card at no extra charge. Simply share your message when you order via WhatsApp and we'll include a beautifully presented card — handwritten or printed — with your hamper.
Changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible — ideally before your order is processed. Please contact us via WhatsApp immediately if you need to make a change.
Once an order has been assembled and dispatched, we are unable to make changes or issue refunds unless the items are faulty or damaged.

Product images are illustrative. Exact contents may vary slightly based on seasonal availability — however, we will always substitute with items of equal or higher value.

In many cases, yes. If you'd like to swap out specific items in one of our ready-made hampers — for example, removing nuts due to an allergy or replacing one product with something more personalised — contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Delivery
Yes! We deliver to all major cities and most regional areas across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin, and Hobart.
For remote locations, please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability and get an accurate timeframe.
After processing (1–3 business days), estimated delivery times are:
- Sydney Metro: 1–2 business days
- NSW Regional: 2–4 business days
- Interstate major cities: 2–5 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 5–10 business days

If the recipient is unavailable, our courier may leave the hamper in a safe location at the delivery address, or leave a calling card for redelivery or depot collection.
If you'd like specific instructions (e.g., "leave at front door" or "hand to recipient only"), please let us know when placing your order.
Yes — most of our customers send hampers directly to their recipients as a surprise. Just provide the recipient's delivery address and we'll send it directly to them with your personalised message card included.
No pricing information is included in the packaging, so the recipient won't see what you paid.
Payment
Payment details will be provided by our team when you confirm your order via WhatsApp. We accept a range of secure payment methods and require full payment before your order is processed and dispatched.
Yes, all prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges (if any) will be communicated separately when you confirm your order.
Yes. We use secure payment processing and do not store your credit card or banking details. All payment communications are handled through encrypted and secure channels.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and personalised nature of gift hampers, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:
- The items received are faulty or damaged
- The order was incorrect due to our error
- The hamper was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply and are not affected by our policy.
